32. Maintenance of logging :

(1) If the forest of the park has been damaged up to thuta, but no wood is found, then when it is necessary to maintain the logging, the local volume table should be used to extract the volume from the logging according to the prevailing rate of wood prescribed by the Government of Nepal.

(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (1), if only wood is found but no logs are found, the volume of the wood obtained according to sub-rule (1) shall be calculated and forty percent added to it, according to the prevailing rate of wood prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
